Please note, inspection visit dates are arranged a month or two in advance of trip date and are strictly subject to availability, on a first come first served basis. In most instances they are accompanied from the UK by a representative from our UK office. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet with us / arrive on time at Gatwick Airport for your flight to Varna and you are responsible for your own cost of travel to and from Gatwick airport prior to and after your trip.

Our Inspection trips are very informal with no pressure to buy, although we do need to ensure that the properties you will be seeing are of genuine interest to you, prior to your trip . We also expect that, as we are heavily subsidising the inspection, you will provide us the courtesy of not making your own independent viewings of other developments during our stated schedule.

We cannot guarantee places will be always be available and also understand that these dates to visit may not be suitable for everyone. Therefore we are always happy to discuss helping you arrange an individual inspection trip flexible to your needs (providing guidance on flights and accommodation etc). Food and drink are not included as part of the inspection trip and it is your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient funds for the duration of your stay and that you have adequate travel insurance. A valid insurance certificate will be requested in the week prior to your departure.
